New, improved web forms
Our web forms have been redesigned to allow members to request urgent action articles via the web and also to give personal members the choice of being invoiced rather than having to pay in advance with a credit/debit card. Personal members must make a copyright declaration before any request can be processed - this can be done via the web form or by requesting copies of our copyright declaration form which can be faxed to us once completed. For further details, please contact the Library on 020 7383 6625 or email us at
bma-library@bma.org.uk.
