Informing healthcare
Informing Healthcare is the National Information Technology Programme in Wales. The main deliverables of the programme are:
- Welsh Clinical Portal - a national webpage which will provide a gateway into the systems to support patient care
- The Individual Health Record - containing key details such as demographics and key coded clinical information
- MyHealth on line - patients will be able to see their healthcare records via the internet
- National email service
- Electronic Referral System
