    The charter, as agreed between the Council of Heads of Medical Schools and the BMA Medical Students Committee, sets out the responsibilities of medical students and their medical schools when the student is an undergraduate. Although this is not a legal document, it complements current medical school policies and procedures and we hope, will promote a more coherent relationship between student and deanery and help improve students’ learning experiences.
