MEDLINE Plus - terms and conditions

  1. The MEDLINE Plus service is provided free of charge to members.
  2. Only current members of the British Medical Association may use the MEDLINE Plus service.
  3. Users of the BMA website who have not renewed their BMA membership will have their login rights removed.
  4. The help desk is available between the hours of 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. An answer phone is used when the help desk is busy.
  5. At least 5 days notice will be given if the system needs to be closed down for any reason (eg global update, system software update, etc), unless emergency action is necessary.
  6. We welcome users publicising the service by writing for professional publications. A copy of any submission must be sent in advance to the BMA Library, for approval.
Registering to use the MEDLINE Plus service is taken as acceptance of the above terms and conditions.
