Terms and conditions of service (TCS) and the consultants contract

Following the completion of negotiations between the CCSC and NHS Employers (NHS E), NHS E have published updated versions of the 2003 terms and conditions of service (TCS), the 2003 contract and the pre 2003 terms and conditions of service.
