Patient Liaison Group member vacancies - medical

Applications are invited from members of the British Medical Association for one vacancy on the BMA Patient Liaison Group (PLG). The term of office is for 3 years. Candidates may be in any field of practice, including student members.

If you wish to stand for election, please send a CV (preferably electronically) to Jacqueline Foukas, Head of Council Secretariat (Jfoukas@bma.org.uk) by 23 July 2008 at the latest.

The CV should be no longer than one side of A4 paper and tailored to the Patient Liaison Group. Included within the CV should be a statement outlining how your views, philosophy and experience would enable you to contribute to the terms of reference of the committee, taking account of the PLG members’ role profile, which can be downloaded in PDF format using the link on the right. Please note that CVs which exceed one side of A4 paper cannot be accepted.

Members of Council and nominees will be advised of the outcome of the elections by post.
